A cake pop is a creative and unique form of cake presentation which has really taken off in recent years.
Much like a cupcake, the cake pops are individual portions of cake which are decorated separately – this time in the form of lollipops. They are made by mixing cake crumbs with icing or chocolate, forming the mixture into balls and attaching to lollipop sticks before decorating.
