This was the first time I had ordered from your website. It had a good selection of items and the whole purchasing and checkout service was quick and easy. Delivery time was exactly as I was told.
I didn't want to stack the three tier cake I was making for my Nieces wedding so was looking for alternatives. I did look at other stands on other sites but was concerned that they would not be stable enough. When I saw this and after reading the reviews I knew this was the stand I'd been searching for. It did not disappoint!! Whilst it's design is simple, it looked beautiful once the cakes were added and it felt sturdy. A beautiful and effective cake stand.

The stands are really nice and good quality. I ordered a 100mm and a 200mm after checking the dimensions for the cake plate section. Nowhere on the description did it say the 200mm was a larger diameter. I sent a query and was assured that they were both suitable for a 6” or 8” cake so assumed that only the height differed. However, when they arrived the 100mm is perfect for the 8” cake but the 200mm is for a 10 or 12” so we have had to alter the size of the second cake we make and hope they look ok when displayed side by side at the wedding. Description should be amended to give accurate sizing for both stands, hence only 4 stars.

I love the versatility of adding different floral arrangements around the base or alternatively leaving it blank.
I got one of each height for my wedding. Despatched quickly. The green tinge makes it look like real glass. I haven't put the cakes on them yet but they are very sturdy even the tallest one. My only niggle is there was a lot of plastic packaging when they could have used paper packaging to protect the products.
Great option of round or square surface. Looks lovely & looking forward to using it. Arrived promptly & was well packaged.

I had read the measurements incorrectly and had to return my item. Return was simple and I was refunded quickly, which was excellent. Thank you. Very well packed for protection. The delivery service would have had a very hard time damaging the item inside. One thing I would like to pass on as feedback - I did initially reply to one of the emails that I had received requesting the refund process, however I received no response. I'm assuming this went to an unmanned mailbox, however I don't think it was a 'DONOTREPLY' email address and I received no autoreply, so I awaited a reply which never came before retuning to your website.
