Seller means Luminati Waycon Ltd Lower Unit 1, Redlake Ind Est, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 0EDZ  and the company's web site www.luminati.co.uk. Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Luminati Waycon Ltd, to the buyer hereafter referred to as the Customer.

2. PASSING OF RISK


The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.3 below.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 DELIVERY DATE


Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 7/10 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. Luminati Waycon Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by its suppliers, or any other third party.

3.2 SHIPPING All products are sent from our Devon address, unless otherwise specified. Unless agreed otherwise all goods must be signed for.

4. ACCEPTANCE

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a reasonable time after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Luminati Waycon Ltd shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. The Customer has up to ten working days to cancel the order without giving a reason. With the ten working days starting the day the customer receives the goods.

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

5.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 4 above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 5.2, below. Luminati Waycon Ltd will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

5.2 The Customer must contact Luminati Waycon Ltd on +44 1752 897929, and obtain a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) reference. This number shall be clearly quoted on the returned package. The customer must arrange and pay for carriage to return goods to Luminati waycon Ltd when the goods are not damaged or faulty. A collection fee may apply to returns where goods are not damaged or faulty. Returned goods will incur a 25% restocking fee.

5.3 In cases where the goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Luminati Waycon Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refund is within 30 days of cancellation.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been despatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined in clause 5 (5.2 and 5.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

6.2 Cancellations must be made with Luminati Waycon Ltd on +44 1752 897929 during normal office hours i.e. 0900 a.m. to 1700 p.m. Monday - Friday except Bank Holidays.

7. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law.


- Items that are not in stock may take 25 days from the date of order.

- All products are delivered via TNT - ensure that all products are signed for as unchecked.

- Breakages can only be replaced if they are signed for as unchecked and reported within 24 hours.
