Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible!

We use the Post Office and other recognised reliable carriers.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling. VAT is zero rated on sales to the Channel Islands, mainland Europe and other export territories.

Delivery Charges

Within mainland England there will be a minimum standard charge of £6.99 exc. VAT.

The delivery charge quoted will be for a door to door service only. For an additional cost we are able to offer an extra service for larger items delivered where our courier will be happy to offer further assistance and remove any pallet(s) if required.

Export including Europe, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. All carriage will be quoted at time of issuing a sales order acknowledgement. Your acceptance will be required prior to shipment.

Guarantee

All products featured have a minimum of a one year guarantee.

Postal Orders

Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques must be supported by a cheque card number on the reverse - your order will be released upon clearance. Please allow 3-5 days for cheque clearance. We accept all major credit/debit cards; Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo etc (with the exception of American Express and Diners). You can call us Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm +44 (0) 1752 698720. Please have the details of your choice(s) and credit/debit card details ready when you order. BACS payments are also accepted.
